Sample System in insulated stainless steel enclosure, with Heater and Vortex Cooler using a dual thermostat. For use in ordinary (safe) areas.



Sample System for measuring water vapor content in Natural Gas, including sample conditioning filtration, pressure regulator, flow meter and temperature stabilization coil.  This version has an air driven Vortex Cooler controlled by the ExMa, providing stable temperature of the insulated stainless steel enclosure.  Explosion proof for use in hazardous areas.

Sample System for measuring water vapor content in Natural Gas, including sample conditioning filtration, pressure regulator, flow meter and temperature stabilization coil.  This version has an intrinsically safe heater controlled by the ExMa, providing stable temperature of the insulated stainless steel enclosure.  Explosion proof for use in hazardous areas.

Self Calibrating Automatically, based on internal battery backed clock calendar and NIST traceable calibration gas. Through-The-Glass Touch Sensitive Buttons.  Allow operating the analyzer without the need to open the ExMa explosion proof enclosure. Filters are permanently piped (inlet, outlet and drain) for easy maintenance.  The filter bowl can be removed by hand, without un-doing any pipe work, as the drain is in the head.  This is achieved by a uniquely designed filter housing with the bowl up.
