Calibration Baths
Calibration Baths are essential working medium for
measurement in metrology, calibration & measurement laboratories, as
well as, industries that require their products to be tested using calibration bath/ air bath for quality
assurance purpose.
Kambic Baths are the ideal units for calibrating temperature sensors, transmitters or even complete temperature systems. Not only do they allow calibration of multiple systems at the same time, but also offer the added advantage of accommodating sensors of all shapes and sizes. Finally, there is an assurance that sensor and reference are always subjected to the same temperature.
Calibration baths employ varying cooling systems, depending on the model's temperature range. These can range from simple tap water cooling through to integrated compressors or even multi-stage cascade-compressors for the models with ultra-low temperature ranges.
The exceptional precision is achieved through a sophisticated 2-cylinder system with a uniform vertical flow throughout the utilized portion of the tank, combined with a finely balanced high-performance microprocessor control loop.
Top class units with highly praised metrological performance and intuitive yet flexible operation. You can select from 10 models featuring 4 different volumes, each with 2/3 distinctive temperature ranges.

- Visual and audible alarms in the event of a failure

- Dual protection system against uncontrolled over-temperature events:
• Heating elements turn off automatically if measured temperature exceeds the set threshold by 5°C
• Mechanical over-temperature device shuts off heating elements if temperature exceeds maximum allowed values - Interior chamber manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel
- Exterior panels made from powder-coated aluminized sheet, light grey (RAL7035)
- Software for chamber calibration via end user (password protected)
